You can try mushing for yourself. They are not just dogs, they are your new friends. |
| A great opportunity to experience the joy and love that all our dogs and puppies have to give. Visitors are invited to wear native mushing clothing for an original photo opportunity. While watching the Demonstrations and waiting for their opportunity to try mushing themselves visitors are kept company by the Huskies waiting for their chance to mush. |

You can ride along with a musher in mushing position. Most children are often ready for this without feeling any fear and really enjoy the thrill of taking the dogs around the track. Or you can take the lead and take the team around on your own. |

| This winter provided for a lot of private tours in the snow. We took this couple out to a frozen pond on a very snowy day. After a few tours with a musher they were excited to give it a try themselves. They had a wonderful time and are interested in learning how to get started in their own little mushing team. The Grizzly Sled provides an opportunity for beginners to get started. It is a light weight sled that can be pulled by as little as one dog. It also is available with a detachable wheel assembly for no snow days. So for anyone the thrill they experience here can become a realistic dream |

| Its such a joy to share our love of the dogs and the sport with such enthusiastic participants. |

| School kids got a chance to meet the sled dogs and learned to mush their own 3-dog team. They were fearless! |
Every year the school dedicates an entire week to learn about the "Last Great Race". |

| Future Iditarod Champions |
